Ground floor large bedroom with lots of space and own bathroom with shower and toilet! It feels like your own suite with lots of privacy. There is one queen-sized bed with a large dresser with a mirror and a large closet with lots of space. Upstairs, we have the living room and kitchen, and on the top floor, we have three bedrooms where my parents and myself and sister live. We are looking for a quiet female tenant who is a student. The location is perfect! It is a tranquil and safe neighbourhood, with lots of transit nearby. We are centrally located near Surrey Central Station and Mall, SFU Surrey Campus and Surrey Library. Walking distance is about 12 minutes from the house, but if you take the three buses that go to Surrey Central, then it is less than 3 minutes. We are looking for a quiet female student. No friends and no party allowed! Absolutely no drinking, drugs and smoking in the house allowed. We require a security and background check, so provide us with your references beforehand. We can negotiate short-term leases like 3 months, 6 months or one year! We are looking for someone who is very quiet, clean, reliable and someone who doesn’t require too much cooking since kitchen will be shared. Feel free to warm up food. Our asking price is $1000 a month cash and must be deposited first day of the month. Utilities, laundry and internet included but for laundry must only be used twice a month.

Because we are a family of four and mostly girls, we only want female roommate to join our family.
