Squires Avenue

The room looks out on a 200’ backyard and has lots of light and hardwood floors. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a driveway for parking if needed. There are buses on either side of the street and the Victoria Park train station is a short bus ride down the road. A grocery store is a block away with small stores and restaurants at the end of the street. The kitchen provides all regular and luxury appliances and all dishes and cooking/baking equipment required.

I own an eco-gardening business myself and the other roommate is a marketing student that works at a coffee shop. Our very important furry roommate is a small dog that is a bit shy at first and likes to gradually get used to you but is very friendly and loving and really a wonderful dog. It would be great if you liked dogs too so it would be a good home environment for her as well even if you wouldn’t necessarily see her all the time. The roomies enjoy having some social time but also have busy lives and respect each other’s space.
