The property is a bright, clean, open space with two bedrooms. Situated in a 55+ community mobile home park with a shared green space. The unit has a large garden area with shed if you have a green thumb, and a covered backyard patio. Close to Langley Memorial and Murrayville. The room it self is has its own entrance, comes partially furnished with a day bed and memory foam mattress (1 yr old), a mirror, and a dresser, all which can be taken out if requested. There is a built in shelving unit for closet space, there is a hanging closet just outside the bedroom door. The home is a comfortable 1000 sq feet, with lots of windows and in-suite laundry. It has a full size kitchen with a gas stove and pantry. The age limit does not apply to a roommate but there is an application to fill out for the property manager. With the restrictions of pets, I cannot have any more dogs, but am still allowed a cat if needed.

I have lived here for 5 years with my dog, Dixie. I am retired and love to garden. Myself and the community are quite social and help check in with each other. I am posting for the hope of finding preferably a female who is tidy and doesn’t mind a small dog.
