We are minutes walking/biking distance away from downtown for food and amenities. Located next to Victoria Park, with easy access to the park, trails, outdoor spaces and all the downtown events. GRT buses outside the door and LRT 2 blocks away. Quick 5 minute walk to university and college campuses.

Apartment has a huge open living space with living/dining room all setup, a newly updated kitchen which includes a dishwasher and a small additional freezer. Large balcony to relax on with a great view of the city. Laundry on site operated by card or app on your phone and a super convenient convenience store located in the building. While we do not have cable, there are plenty of streaming services to be shared to catch shows, movies or even sports.

There is an outdoor pool that is open this summer and great to enjoy and cool off. There is als a sauna and gym however those are currently closed due to the pandemic. Large shared outdoor greenspace for the building which includes 2 communal BBQs. Bike storage available. There is no available on-site parking but lots of nearby options within a couple minutes walk away.
