4th floor suite W/Balcony (6 story building) sauna on the 2nd floor, inground pool outside (just closed for the season) groceries are just across the street, multiple dispensaries are nearby, mall is like a 15 minute walk away, Currently I have the master bedroom but if you needed the space I could move back to the smaller room with no issues, basically I have enough furniture to fill my room and the living room is already furnished.

Just me (23 y.o male) here right now, pot friendly, it is a no smoking building but as long as you are being responsible looking after the place I’m not gonna stop ya,
