I’m subletting the huge downstairs bedroom, with walk-in closet, private 3-piece bathroom, AND a bonus private living space (unfurnished)! This is in addition to sharing the upstairs kitchen and living space (furnished).

6 or 12 month lease only (no month-to-month), with last month’s rental deposit required.

Basement spaces will be fully emptied of furniture and belongings before lease begins.

A bit about me: I’m a working professional in my min-30s. I’m easy to get along with, clean (especially in shared spaces), have a cheesy sense of humour (you’ll learn to love it), and live a pretty quiet lifestyle (my idea of a party is having friends over for a movie/game night and/or coffee). I have a great track record of becoming good friends with previous roommates.

My small dog Kali also comes with the unit, so being a dog-person is a huge plus. She is a bit hesitant with new people but is friendly, quiet and will warm up to a new person who is gentle with her.

Due to condo rules, no additional pets are allowed.
