Vous partageriez l’appartement avec moi, une enseignante dans la trentaine. Je cherche quelqu’un avec des habitudes similaires : il calme après 22 heures, propre, amicale. L’appartement sera meublé différemment, et la chambre n’est pas meublée (si vous avez vraiment besoin d’une chambre meublée, faites-le-moi savoir et je vous aiderai à la meubler).

Le loyer est de 1050$ tout compris.

Hello! I am a 32-year-old Canadian woman. I am a Cégep teacher of English as a second language. I have a stable job and love my career.

I am comfortable sharing my space (I actually prefer it) as I have lived with roommates for many years. However, I am a quiet person who enjoys down time at home. I go to bed early, around 9-10pm.

Even though I like to be calm and relaxed at home, I do have a sociable side, and enjoy people. I’ll be happy to get to know my new roommates and hopefully develop a friendship. I am also okay with harmoniously cohabiting if we get along better as roommates than friends. All in all, I am easy going.

My interests include reading, studying (I love to learn new things, theoretical and practical), music, massage therapy, gardening, art and design, etc. I’m endlessly curious.
