Spent about a month furnishing a private room and it’s finally ready. I am looking for the right roommate to share a 2-bedroom house with a shared kitchen and washroom.

Do not bother messaging me: “I want to see the place”. You will need to pass my interview to see if you can get along with me to be considered.

Preferred international students that’s looking for a 1-year stay or less or students on internship. We will see how things go if I am willing to extend the accommodation.

Price: $1000 + 50% of Hydro Bill. Major intersection: Coxwell + Gerrard.

RENTAL TERMS: Month to month roommate – Rent will be paid to [other roommate which is me]. Rent will be collected at the beginning of the month when agreement starts. There [WILL] be a written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA.

I am looking for serious people that’s respectful, quiet, and looking for a place to stay while they do their thing.

There will be house rules some include No smoking of any kind. No overnight guests at all No pets

The room is furnished with a brand new twin bed, chair, table, two storage bins, bed frame, and a closet on the right for clothes.

I do not like trouble. I am not loud. I keep to myself and do my own thing.
