I am looking for a roommate to join me in a beautiful Penthouse Unit in the Sahalee Building of the sought after Klahanie Neighborhood in Port Moody.

The unit is a 1050 sq 2-bed, 2-bath unit with two balconies. The unit is located close to shops near Suterbrook, Newport, and Electric Avenue, with amazing park spaces such as Rocky Point directly at your doorstep! The neighborhood is very walkable, with a Walkscore of 76 and a Bikescore of 75. The Skytrain is about a 6 minute walk away via the Inlet Centre Skytrain Station.

The room that is being rented has a fantastic view looking west, with a great view of the morning sunrise. The room also has a private bathroom across the hall, its own private balcony, and its own parking spot. Common spaces/features: a kitchen with dishwasher, stainless steel appliance brand new washer/dryer dining area large living room common balcony storage unit access to building gym / amenities access to the neighborhood amenity center which includes another gym, a lounge, an indoor gymnasium, a steam room, a hot tub, and a pool.
