I’m currently looking for another gay/bi or srt8 male roommate. I’m kind, friendly, clean and quiet. The apartment is 2 bedrooms renting out 2nd furnitured room. All you need is your suitcase. Great location close to Osborne village and DT. Street parking or my apartment is close to bus routes. Rent includes wifi, cable, hydro and use of the smart card laundry machines. Shared common space. No smoking, pets, and drugs. No overnight guests. Respectful towards each others quiet time. I work lots. Self employed. I’m self employed. The apartment block is very gay friendly. Like a big family. The building is old but renovations are being done now. Rent will increase when I get my increase in my lease. Right now just playing everything by ear right now.
