Room is in a house in the West end. 10 minute walk from the shopping center. 30 minute walk to downtown. Near the 1, 2, 3, 8 and 24 bus pickup points. Good-sized room with a huge closet and your very own half bath (toilet and sink). On the main floor with access to all the common areas. Access to full kitchen and use of dishes, all you need is furniture for your room. Price includes all utilities, laundry, and wifi. No cable, but the livingroom tv has Prime, Netflix and Disney+. Off street parking also available if needed for one vehicle. NO CIGARETTE SMOKING PLEASE. May consider a pair, females only.

I’m outgoing, love to go for walks, belly dancing and whatever my brain decides to do that day. I also love in days binging streaming series and documentries. My landlord does not allow dogs. I could potentially allow for someone who has a cat as long as it’s friendly towards other animals and is well-behaved and kept up with a vet.
