2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo steps away from the King and Queen streetcar with a great view overlooking Corktown Commons. The room has floor to ceiling windows for plenty of natural light and a large closet. The common area is completely furnished, but you would be expected to furnish your bedroom. You will have your own bathroom, but it is the common area one as well for guests. Gigabit internet is included and we would split utilities each month.

I am a working professional who has a spare room to rent out! I work from home twice a week and I have a beautiful, friendly dog who would be present most of the time.
