Helloo :p My name is Joy and I am currently working at an Architectural Firm. That being said, I am a very busy person, so when I do have free time, I generally like to keep to myself and relax. I’m an outgoing and easy-to-get-along-with person, who loves to play video games and such. I am also tidy and always clean up after myself. I do like to cook at times, but I mostly eat out. So I’m always down to go out and eat.

I am looking to rent out and share this three-bedroom home. I currently live in one room/area of the house. The Washroom and Kitchen space are shared. I have a small/medium-sized Schnauzer. She’s the absolute best, however, she would not be running around the whole house, she would just stay in the area I’m in. My parents (along with their two small dogs) stay 3 days out of the week, on my couch, because they work in the area. They are super-friendly and very much, mind their own business, types of people.

Internet is included. Other utilities such as Heat, Hydro, and Water are not included. Laundromat: 5-minute walk away from the house.
