Hi guys, we’re renting out a bedroom in our townhouse to someone who would fit in our current (roommate) setting.

Location: Diagonally opposite Fairview Mall near Fairview Mall Dr and Don Mills. TTC is a 3-5 min walk. Seneca College is a 15-20 min bus ride away. The location is extremely convenient for most of us.

About the room: it’s a smaller room however if you’re a single individual with just a bed and less furniture, you’d be very comfortable. It is on the upper level of the townhouse along with my room and the master bedroom. The bath is right across your room and is fully equipped and kept clean.

About the house: The main floor has a large living space and a separate kitchen. We have all the furniture needed to live comfortably in the common areas including two leather couches, one large dining table and chairs. We have a 4K TV and do plan to get more electronics soon. The house also has a large shared backyard which we make the most of since winter is coming soon. The townhouse also has a tennis court and outdoor swimming pool.

Requirements: first and last month’s rent, credit report, employment letter. Signed roommate’s agreement.

Rent: $1100 per month plus utilities shared amongst all of us. (Should be between $30-$50 per person)

About us: We’re three working men who work from Mondays-Fridays. All of us have a hybrid working role. We’re all responsible and keep the house clean and organized. Most importantly we have my 10 month old German shepherd puppy, Aura. She is the most loved member of this house. She’s very well trained and is mostly calm for her age. She doesn’t shed as much so the house is fur free. Hence, we would prefer someone who’s comfortable living with a dog.
