Hello, my roommate Marcelo and I are looking for a third roommate in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom top level suite in Capitol Hill starting November 1st. The house is close to the R5 bus line that takes you straight to downtown or SFU. The house counts with a spacious living room and kitchen, along with a big deck with a nice view of the city. Laundry is shared and we have a parking spot. We are clean, organized, respectful of other people’s space, outgoing, social and value direct communication. Rent is $1200 + utilities (Bc Hydro and internet).

About us: Marcelo (24): I am a full time business student, and also work part time at retail. I’m respectful, clean and friendly. I like going for hikes, hanging with friends and playing video games or watching movies.

Giuseppe (25): I work full time as a structural Engineer, work mostly from home but go to the office or site couple times a week. I love going to the gym, like going out, hanging out with friends and playing videogames/board games.
