Our residence is located in a family oriented neighborhood in Taunton Oshawa. The house is 4 bedrooms. Accessibility to Durham Transit bus stop and Harmony Bus terminal. Trent University Durham 8km, Ontario Tech University and Durham College 5km. Located within walking distance to all the modern conveniences of a Smart Centre. The room is a spacious fully furnished including a queen size bed television and mini fridge. The washroom is semi-private, only shared for the use of the shower. Shared access to Kitchen. We are comfortable with cannabis use in the house however, cigarettes must be consumed outside (porch or backyard). Parking space is available. First and last rent required. Room available November 1st 2023.

Mother and adult daughter working professionals and we are very easy going. We have a dog, he is friendly and older.
