On the upper floor is a full bathroom with a spacious bathtub and rainfall showerhead. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, one of which you would be taking - It is unfurnished, but I have a small futon you could use if needed.

Main floor is a mostly furnished kitchen and living room with 50’ smart TV and XBOX – If you have furniture or other things you want to move in, I am happy to make some room.

Basement is unfinished and contains the washer/dryer and furnace. It can be used as storage or a workshop/crafting type place.
