sierra's room

so basically i’m looking for a female renter/roommate (preferably a quiet student). we’re only 4 minutes away from ufv. i am a young female who attends works & will soon work from home. the bottom of the house has one bedroom, one family/living room, a half bath, and a shared laundry room which leads to the back yard. i’m renting out this property for my grandma, btw (but i live in it). she’s renting out the bedroom & half bath downstairs & the laundry room downstairs would be available for you to use as well. laundry max 4x a week. we could either provide you with a hot plate, grill, and small fridge or you could use the kitchen upstairs. the bathroom downstairs has a toilet and sink so the shower upstairs is available for you to share with us (not with, with us). this property is my grandmas and she plans to add a shower to the half bath soon. unfortunately, guys are not allowed to sleep over. i have a cat so if you’ve got pets let me know and we’ll figure it out. (all the photos are of downstairs. dm me for photos of shared rooms and info about amenities, extra costs, etc.) wifi not included. also, if after the 3 months, if u like us & we like u & you’d like to stay for 3 more, etc, you can. :)

so my names sierra & i’ve been moving a lot recently & plan to do so again soon. i have a cat named puddles. i’ve taught him how to sit, high-five, twirl, & stand. i want to teach him the play dead when u “shoot”, ya know😏. anyways, i’m kind of weird, i’m an aquarius so🤷🏼‍♂️. i smoke weed pretty much everyday, i almost never drink but enjoy doing so, im kind of messy, and talk kind of loud. my boyfriend also lives with me. he’s 6’4 and enjoys video games, which can come along with loud shit-talking. he works everyday as an electrician but right now he’s taking a break for school. he’s extremely smart. he likes to cook, & does so almost every night while he’s not in school. we both are 19.
