Shared bathroom, and shared living room. Living room is fully furnished and the Wifi is included. The apartment is top floor so it’s pretty quiet. It does have a balcony so you can smoke. Only utilities is power rest are included. No smoking inside building. If you have a cat. there is a $250 cat fee to landlord but no dogs.

I am 22 years old and I like to workout pretty much every day and currently working on schooling so won’t be around much. I do smoke but typically at nights. I like to keep things clean so I expect the same.
