The room has a private ensuite spacious bathroom with double vanity, bathtub and toilet. On top of that, the bedroom is connected to a walk-in closet and the terrace. The bedroom perfectly suits a WFH setup.

The apartment includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, modern kitchen, a parking spot and locker.

About the condo: Very bright, modern, furnished condo with a spacious terrace and superior view over the city.

You’ll share the apartment with 1 other person. The amenities in the building include: 2 gyms, a rooftop swimming pool with the best view of Toronto, a sauna, lounge, bbq facility, separate working space, 24/7 concierge.

The building is located in downtown Toronto, the financial district. A very central and safe location with everything you need within 5 min (public transport, grocery stores, restaurants, local park, etc.)

Hey!! My name is Mazen and I’m your potential future roommate :) I’m a 25-year-old man from Egypt. I have been living in Canada for over 6 years and I currently work as a hardware design engineer.

I mainly work from the office except for Fridays. And when I’m home, I really value my me-time and I’m mostly on my laptop either working, browsing YouTube, or watching a movie. I really value cleanliness and personal hygiene. I’m a big sports guy which also takes up some of my free time. I mostly play soccer with some swimming here and there. I’m a mix between wanting to be in my room enjoying my alone time, and having some deep conversations with my roommate haha
