Located just off of Bloor on a quiet, residential street, but close to many amenities: restaurants, pubs, private grocery stores, Dufferin mall and walking distance to Trinity Bellwood’s, Little Italy and Christie Pitts. House also has back patio which is lovely during the summer and a shared back yard with the other tenants in the building. Deposit will be paid to roommate who is moving out. I am seeking roommate to occupy a large, (private) bedroom as my current roommate is moving out. Looking for someone quiet, likes to keep the shared spaces clean and respectful of others space & privacy. No couples or pets. The bedroom will come furnished if needed. Roommate who is moving out selling everything in the pictures (bed, wardrobe, lamps). Lots of natural light as it is located on the main floor. We would be sharing the living room, bathroom and kitchen. No laundry on site, however there are many laundromats available within walking distance.
