I’m looking for a subletter for the remainder of my previous roommate’s lease. Ideal tenancy time frame is 11/2023 to 04/2024 but this is negotiable.

It’s a spacious master bedroom in a 2-bedroom 1-bathroom basement suite near UBC on Dunbar St! The room is twice the size of a regular one, and the room comes with a queen bed. As roommates, we will only share the bathroom, the kitchen, and the laundry facilities. Move-in is available immediately.

$1550 / month, but this is negotiable. Water and parking is included in the rent. No pets allowed. No smoking in the unit allowed. The unit may not be suitable for tall people due to limited ceiling height.

It’s a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Only a 10 min bus ride (bus 25) and 6 min drive to UBC. Just a 5 minute walk from all your essential amenities including Starbucks, Tim Hortons, banks, groceries, Shoppers, and various restaurants.
