About the room
4th floor overlooking Chilliwack mall, with morning sun and a view of the mountains.
Super close to essentials: shopping, groceries stores, restaurants and even the biggest Canadian tire, all within walking distance. Building is right beside walking and biking trails and bus stop(2 min walk). Quiet building, mostly seniors so the building is well kept, with sweet amenities; car wash station, work bench, bike rack, shopping carts, library, and of course an elevator.
The room for rent comes with a personal bathroom that has very comfortable lighting, functioning fan, storage and hooks and shower shelves.
The room itself is a 8.5 foot wide by 10.5 foot long room excluding the closet. Clean carpets, new paint, new lights, new closet, electric heat, and a deep window.
The Condo has gas fire place, full unit AC, a well equipped kitchen, high ceilings, and well kept floors, and new electrical devices.
Amenities include, high speed internet, hydro, gas, in suite washer and dryer machine and a personal underground parking spot.
Small pets are welcomed but with consideration and written agreement.

I am a mid 20s guy, I currently am work focused as a electrical technician who occasionally travels for work. Iβm tidy, non-smoking, non-partier, orderly, quiet, personal, modest, up beat. I love putting my creativity to use ex. craftsman and home improvements. I like down time whether its reading, playing games, biking, skiing or getting to know new people.
I am looking for a roommate. Someone who is employed, responsible, respectful, well kept, personal and can maintain the condo. Long term renters preferred with renewable 1 year lease, but open to options just shoot a message!
