Kingsway

Hi Everyone! Large ensuite in an apartment, near the corner of Nanaimo and Kingsway, available from the 2nd of November. I’m moving out and looking for a suitable replacement to live with 2 other guys. The other roommates are in their early 20s and are tidy, respectful, easy going and often out and about and are looking for someone similar.

You’ll get your own bathroom and a huge bedroom with lots of cupboard space. I can leave the bedframe, desk and chair if you need it. There is a shared kitchen/living area with all the essentials.

The apartment is meters from the 19 and 25 bus, and a 10 minute walk from Nanaimo Skytrain Station. It’s also walking distance to lots of shops and restraunts. The price is $1350 per month, everything included (I’ll subtract the amount for the first day of November).
