Looking for a responsible female student to rent this bright, basement bedroom. The room is furnished with a single bed, desk, and dresser. There’s a closet too! Rent includes all utilities and internet. You’ll have your own washroom with shower; no one else will be using your towels! Shared laundry. Beautiful shared kitchen has lots of natural light. You’ll have access to a nice outdoor deck. We have a senior miniature Aussie Shepherd and two great cats, so no more pets, please! Stay away party people. No smoking. This is an older house with the quirks you’d expect in such a place. We are generally quiet people and want to keep it that way. The house is on Foul Bay road, and close to bus stops. Street parking out front. Easy bike storage in garage. All the options are there!

You will be sharing the house with me and my daughter. I’m a busy middle-aged professional male working FT. My daughter (20) is a third year uvic student. Our mini aussie is about 13 and is a great, if shy, older dog. We also have two super cats, just to keep life interesting. We maintain a quiet, clean, respectful home and we’re looking for someone interested in a place like that.
