Pet friendly, upon pet approval
I’m looking for a roommate to help me with the high cost of living. We would share the whole place, we have separate bedrooms upstairs, but if you want the basement thay can be negotiated as well, laundry machines are in the basement. Looking for working, clean, responsible roommate only!
There’s a big back yard, fire pit for you to enjoy as well, the bathroom would be shared but is a good size. Looking for ASAP. Located in Caernarvon

About the roomies
I’m in my mid 30s looking to lower my cost of living due to inflation. I have 2 kids under 10 and over 6 that I only get on weekends. My girlfriend lives in the same building but different unit so I’m frequently at her house instead of mine. I have no pets but in also not opposed to you having pets the unit is pet friendly.
