Steveston Highway

2 bedroom ground floor furnished suite located just outside of Steveston Village. Property is a lovely duplex right on Steveston Highway, with plenty of plants and a cozy back garden. Hard wood floors throughout, modern bathroom and kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. Spare bedroom includes a twin bed, nightstand, however the room comes with no closet so must be purchased or can be provided depending on what you prefer. The suite includes a laundry room with free washer and dryer. Rent covers water, heating and electricity. I also have wifi and a tv that you can use, but no cable.
The House is located in a lovely neighbourhood, nice for walking/biking around, 5 minutes away from the West Dyke Trail. It’s very close to bus routes further into Richmond or directly to the historic Steveston fishing village (has many restaurants and pubs, coffee shops, gift shops, grocery stores, Garry Point Park, etc…). You can take the 406 bus round the corner directly to the Brighouse Skytrain station. I don’t drive so there’s space if you own a car. I’m cannabis friendly but the landlords don’t allow smoking on the property. They own a big dog who’s a sweetheart but sensitive to noise and tends to barks a bit, so best if you’re a dog lover :)
