1 bedroom for long term rent in a two-story, three bedroom apartment in kitsilano/arbutus.

MOVE IN NOVEMBER 1ST (possibly earlier). Scheduling open house viewings asap!

You would have a downstairs bathroom basically to yourself and share a shower with 1 of the girls in the second bathroom. Apartment has in-house washer and dryer, dishwasher and an apartment pool.

The room is on the ground floor and has its own outdoor entrance.

Shared with two UBC students in their early 20s and two cats.

5 minute walk to both 25 and 16 buses. Safeway also 5 minutes away.

Two UBC students in their early twenties and two house cats! Both females, one from Mexico and one from alberta. Easy going, love watching movies and playing with the cats.
