The room and house is UNFURNISHED and is located on the third floor of a 3-floor townhouse, 5 minutes walking distance to Sherbourne station, ILAC, groceries, pharmacy, wine rack, Tim Hortons, Frescho, NoFrills, etc. The kitchen, living room and washer/ dryer are shared. Hydro is included though water, electricity and internet are NOT included will be split three ways. The lease is for 6 MONTHS beginning December 1st, 2023 to June 30th 2024, with possibility of extension. Please feel free to send a private message if you have any questions. The living room is unfurnished so we all need to chip in for furniture and make it girly and aesthetic!
