Hi! My name is Mia I am 27 years old and work at McGill. I work two days from home and the rest of the time from the office. I live in one of the nicest buildings in Nuns island that feels like a hotel with a water view. The condo has a 24 hour doorman, a parking space, a locker room space, one pool inside, one pool outside, a hot tub, a sauna, a gym, a library, a pool room, and a gym. The condo also has a space to rent a big room for parties. I live in a two bedroom place with a water view. I have the master bedroom with a personal bathroom and the other bedroom is free. I am charging 875$ for the bedroom with no window and I would be paying 1275$. The apartment has a laundry room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen that has the water view, large living room with the water view, a balcony, air conditioning. I have a small pug who stays over for some nights a week. There is a few busses right outside the apartment. One takes you directly to McGill University and it takes around 20-30 minutes, one takes you to the REM and the other to metro de l’Eglise. There are other expenses such as internet, condo insurance and hydro which would come to around 90$ a month each. I have more videos of the property and apartment! I also want to buy a new couch and the desk and living room table is not visible in the photos.

The apartment would be shared with me. I am a pretty quiet and clean person. I read and have coffee in the morning and I try to walk and go to the gym after work.
