Welcome to this big, bright, and beautifully finished home!

We are looking to rent out our huge master bedroom. It is 12 ft x 15 ft, so large enough for a King or Queen bed and a private workspace, if so desired. The room has high vaulted ceilings, which makes the space feel light and airy.

There are two full bathrooms in the home shared between everyone. The rest of the house includes a large living room, dining area, full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and maple kitchen cabinets. There is a back sunroom that is perfect for anyone wanting a working or artistic creative area. The backyard is grass and is fully fenced.

We are asking $1,650 + $150 flat rate for utilities, water, and internet.

The home is currently shared with two young professionals/grad students. We are looking for someone with a similar vibe, who works regular hours, and are committed to being friendly, communicative, clean, and respectful of shared space.
