It’s a 2 bed 1 bath basement suit with two good sized bedrooms, have a couch, recliner and tv with Netflix. Wifi, heat, water, etc included in rent. Will have to buy your own food, food stays separate, share condiments. Has washer, dryer.

I’m a 17 year old just graduated, playin for the Kodiaks, born and raised in Calgary, moved up here beginning of July. Plan is to stay out here to work till Christmas then go home for a couple months and go to school then come back out in march or April but still be paying my portion of rent in the time I’m away after Christmas. No drugs, non smoker, professional worker/ uni student, good person, no bullshit drama.
