Brianna's room

The room available is a 1 bed 1 bath in a 2 bed 2 bath unit. This a new building located in beautiful Liberty Village. Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, full floor gym, outdoor running track, BBQ’s, sauna, yoga room and indoor pool. Close to TTC, restaurants, parks, coffee shops, etc. 5 minute walk to King St., and 10 minute walk to Queen. The second bedroom has huge closets and a detached private bathroom.

There is no parking spot but parking can be rented from the building at an additional monthly cost. Rental/tenant insurance is required. The second bedroom is unfurnished but can be furnished if needed. The rest of the unit is furnished (I’m still in the process of adding some pieces to the living area). Looking for a female roommate (no couples and non-smokers only).

Required documents: Proof of income/employment, credit check, photo ID, landlord/roommate references, first and last month’s rent.

I’m a young professional in my late twenties. I work a hybrid schedule, in the office 3 times per week. I recently moved to Toronto and am looking for a female roommate to share the apartment with.
