I’m urgently looking for a female roommate in the Liberty Village condo. It’s a 2 beds and 2 bath unit.

Please contact me asap and have the documents(last 3 pay stubs or employment letter + credit reports + photo id) and deposit ready so we can place the application and the offer before the unit is gone!!!:( Here are the details:

🛏 Room: You’ll have the second bedroom(den), which comes with your own separate, private bathroom next to the room.

💰 Rent: The monthly rent for the room is $1500 + utilities (usually around 40-50$/month per person as I’ve lived in the building for 2 years,). Internet is included, with no extra fee.

🐇 Pet Alert: I have an adorable rabbit as a pet, so you should be comfortable with that. And make sure you have no allergies to pets and hay. My rabbit stays in the living room. People who previously have experience with pets especially rabbits come first!

👩 Age Range: I’m looking for someone in their mid-20s to early 30s.

🧹 Qualities: I value responsibility, cleanliness, and a peaceful environment. No party animals.

🚭 No Smoking: We have a strict no-smoking, vaping, or weed policy.

🙏 Communication: I appreciate someone who is understanding and communicative. We can make our own house rules together.

I am very empathetic, friendly, and humorous. I want someone who is similar to me and I really don’t appreciate selfish people.
