Rent per room $1100 plus 1/3 of utilities, parking included.

Ideal roommate is a working professional in their 20s that is comfortable living with 2 big dogs. Someone who is respectful and can openly communicate any needs or concerns.

We are two working females in our 20’s that have a large dog each. We keep a clean but comfortable home with an emphasis on communication and teamwork.
