2 bedroom, 1 bathroom top-floor unit in heritage home in the Strawberry Vale neighbourhood. The room is 10x12ft. The room is $1225, plus ~$50 for hydro & $50 for internet. Off-street parking is also available for $25 a month.

The unit is super sunny, newly renovated and unfurnished. It includes a private entrace and deck. The space has a big, bright living room. The kitchen includes a washer & dryer and will have new cabinet doors and countertops. There’s also plenty of storage space. 15 minute bus ride to downtown via the 21, 22, or 95. The main entrace is up a set of stairs so is unfortunately not accessible.
About the roomies
I’m Maddie (she/they), a 24-year old grad student at UVic and work full time in harm-reduction/education. I also occassionaly work evenings at a bar. I’m a big fan of the outdoors, live music, and being with friends. I’m looking for someone who wants to share a social but respectful space. So, someone who is generally kind and intersted in occassional dinners with friends, game nights, etc. but is also looking to build a cozy & relaxing space.
