Welcome to my home! Its a 3 bed 2 and a half bath house The house is 5 minutes from all amenities including costco, no frills, walmart, restaurants, gym etc. The room is about 10 by 10 with a great size closet The entire house will be equipped and furnished so only thing you need to worry about is a bed for yourself :) There is high speed wifi and cable and all other bills are included in the price. The rental agreement can be month to month or a fixed term (im flexible)

My name is Esha and I am a 25 year old Medical Device sales rep working 9-5. I do technically work from home but I’m only really home half days Mondays the rest of the time I’m around the city or traveling to a different city in Alberta. I am very organized and clean, therefore all common areas should me kept organized and clean but you can keep your room the way you like it I will eventually have my dog (pomchi) join but that will not be for a couple of months as I’m settling into everything and understanding my schedule a bit more. I’m a very friendly, bubbly and outgoing individual If you have any questions feel free to ask away :) not in a rush to find a roommate but would like the best fit.
