A large yard, patio, deck, full kitchen, on-site laundry house with a shared bathroom only until renovations are done on the secondary bathroom. 1200sft of space and storage if needed.

Your room will be completely private, only thing we might need to come in for is if a breaker pops or the hot water heater is needing repairs.

We’re a young couple, a man and nonbinary fem presenting that are looking for a roommate that is chill, fun and can keep clean. We mostly just play games, go out for dinner and have people over rarely, which of course we’d let you know ahead of time. we’re open to about everyone might seque towards girls due to past experiences with male roommates, no offense meant.
