About the room
about the house to begin with it is huge. it has brand new fridge and stove. It has on site washer and dryer i brought my own(so its free to use not coin operated), multiple kitchen appliances and even a treadmill. It is all hardwood flooring up stairs and down, even the 3 bedrooms.
About the roomies
Only personal requirement of mine is meeting somewhere ahead to talk for a bit see if we are compatible as roommates. Also while it is pet friendly they cant have cats im extremely allergic to them. I am open to showing the house anytime and i will be renting like you are the total rent is $1200 divided by the amount of people living there to a maximum of 3 (4 if one room is a couple) plus utilities( i dont know how much those are yet i havent even moved into the house yet)
