Hello, everyone! I am currently looking for a new roommate at the townhouse that my other roommate and myself as soon as possible. Rent will be $750 (utilities included), with the damage deposit being one month’s rent. With that, you’ll be able to stay in the ground floor bedroom, with your own washroom. You just need to bring your own bed and stuff! There is a shower and bath upstairs. You’ll have free use of all our common spaces, such as the kitchen, living room, and laundry room. We’re also located 2 blocks away from Whyte Ave, so we have places like No Frills, Save on Foods, and a farmer’s market within walking distance, in addition to a wide variety of shops and restaurants as well as close to the UofA. If you have a pet, there is a monthly fee and a non-refundable deposit that the building requires. Our place also has a patio at the front, en-suite laundry, a common place rooftop with a barbecue. Mental health friendly and 2SLGBTQIA+ supportive.
