Georgina's room

We are looking for a quiet, clean, responsible student or faculty/visiting faculty to rent our basement. This is not a private suite. You would have a bedroom, bathroom, and living space in the basement. However, we do come into the shared living space to pass through to do our laundry or get things from our storage area. The kitchen is on the main floor and is a shared space. The other bedrooms are on the top floor. This is a safe, affordable, and friendly accommodation. It is fully furnished and utilities, internet, and cable tv are included. Sorry about the photos. The space is presently occupied and has not been prepared for photos. It will be cleaned and decluttered. Art work remains as part of furnishings.

We are a married couple in our 50s: He is a professor at the UofA and She works downtown. We presently have a VERY elderly dog, but she has not barked in ages, barely moves, and sleeps most of the time. We cook our dinners most of the time, and if we do so, you are welcome to join us. We have had many years of experience of students and visiting faculty living with us.
