Private room for rent in a 2 Bed 1.5 Bath Cherryhill apartment!

I have a month-to-month lease that you would be joining Dec 1, but if you are looking to move between Dec 1 and Jan 1 feel free to reach out! The rent is $820 not including utilities (which are split 50/50), laundry is in the building (it’s $4.00 a load, washing + drying), there is indoor and outdoor parking with permit purchase and there is access to a gym, pool and sauna in the building next door (part of the same Cherryhill complex) for no additional cost. The room itself is spacious with a large closet and it will be unfurnished (all furniture in pictures will be moved out). Note that this building is a no smoking building, referring to cigarettes.

The kitchen, dining room, living room and balcony are shared spaces between us. I have a bathroom in my bedroom but it doesn’t have a shower so I use the shower in the main bathroom but other than that, it’s treated as entirely your space.

Note that the pictures were taken a few weeks ago when the room was still occupied by the former roommate, the room will be empty upon your movein!

The 20 and 33 buses go by a few minutes away, and there are many other buses on oxford and platt’s lane, such as the 9. It takes me roughly 15 minutes to get to Western from my house via the 33. I am primarily interested in Western students but am not opposed to students at Fanshawe! If you are not a student but the ad seems good otherwise, feel free to reach out!
