A roommate has recently moved out after a multi-year stay, and I will be looking to rent out the room in the Kanata South area (Bridlewood Trails). The townhome has 4 bedrooms in total and 2.5 bathrooms. It features an upgraded kitchen with a quartz countertop and hardwood flooring on the main floor, stairs, and the main hall upstairs. The basement is also finished and has a fireplace. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. Rent is fully inclusive (including heat, water, high speed fibre optic internet, etc).

We are looking for a roommate who is employed, responsible, quiet, respectful, employed, and tidy. Parking is available on the driveway. The last month’s rent is required, and we do not accept smokers or pets. A background check and credit check are also required.

The room is available starting Mid-November, 2023.
