About the room
Hey! I live close to 17th ave in a fairly quiet building. Tons of stuff in walking distance, street parking. I’m on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so must be fine walking some stairs (it’s not that bad).
About the roomies
I’m a 31 y/o single woman with 2 super friendly tuxedo cats. I’ve been living here alone for a few years and figured it’s time to try and find a roommate. I’m not in a rush or desperate need, so I’d rather take my time and find the right person. I know choosing a roomie from the internet can be pretty daunting, so let’s get to know each other a bit and make sure we’re both comfortable living together!
I work from home so am usually home a lot. I’m hoping to get a membership at a coworking space once I have a roommate though. The room is currently my office/chaotic storage room, so please excuse the photos 😅. I’m 420 friendly, as long as it’s not every single day. Not smoker friendly, sorry. Just the smell of it on clothes makes me nauseous. Id prefer not to have other people over all the time, and limit overnight guests to 2x per week. I still want to be comfy in my own house :)
I get along mostly with other neurodiverse people (I have adhd, medicated), artsy people, metalheads (no coke enjoyers though please), alt peeps, or vanilla people. Honestly, I can get along with most people, just don’t be a dick 😂 If you like Repo the Generic Opera, Bo Burnham, and/or the Barbie movie, you’ll fit right in.
I love my cats, and they’re good dudes. I won’t tolerate any mistreatment of them whatsoever. No hitting, no screaming, no tossing around, just be nice.
