Hi there! I have two beautiful rooms to rent in a fairly new 3 story townhouse. Both are on the top floor. -Students and working professionals welcomed. -Guests can stay over night 1-2 nights per week. -No room sharing. single occupancy only Room 1- $1100/month has it’s own balcony 10’x11’ Room 2- $800/month 8’8x8’ -unfurnished -shared bathroom/kitchen and laundry (once per week)

• Utilities and wi-fi included. -Major intersection Rossland/Brock -Cat friendly house (I have two). No dogs -Pickering Golf course is across the street. -Plaza nearby.
• Must be tidy -no smoking -no parking(but there a lot of visitor parking spaces. -Valid government ID required -References also required from previous landlords.

I’m a quiet retired lady. I’m tidy and friendly. I will respect you and expect you do the same to all who live here. I also have a son that will visit sometimes.
