Furnished room available in a 2 bedroom apartment near Rockway Gardens. Close to highway 8, freshco and minutes away from the 7 bus route. The unit has lots of light, two entrances, a front balcony, a shared back balcony, and a shared backyard space. Parking is available (for an extra $50 a month). The building is pet friendly, however the landlords only want cats or smaller animals, no dogs. Disclaimer: The tenant whose room is being sublet had a cat so there is likely cat hair on the furniture, please notify me if you have a cat allergy. Looking for a young female roommate, either a student or working professional, between the ages of 20-35. Rent is $752.05 a month for the smaller room and $777.05 for the bigger room. Hydro, internet, and renters insurance not included. The remaining tenant is currently in the smaller room (pictures 3 and 4) but willing to switch rooms.
