Internet, water, heat and AC included in the monthly rent. Amenities in building include a pool, 2 hot tubs, a full fitness centre and amazing entertainment room. In suit laundry, fully equipped shared kitchen and fully furnished living area space. Entire floor full of lake view, plus bridge and city views including when on the balcony. I require half months security deposit.
