Kenzie's room

We have a very cute, bright and spacious apartment above a store located in the Junction (Dundas and Keele area). Many shops, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes and bars all around. 5 min walk from grocery store, dollar store and corner store 1 block down. Washer, dryer and dishwasher inside the unit. Stoned backyard, shed, bbq in back of unit shared with upstairs neighbours who are super chill as well. 1 big bathroom shared between 3 girls. The room is located near the kitchen and sun room, has a big ceiling fan, radiator heating and does not include a closet.The rent would be month to month and we do pay hydro water and wifi on the side but between 3 people its always less than $100.

My roommate Ninah and I are looking for a girly to complete the apartment and move into the 3rd room as it has just been the 2 of us for a while! We are still furnishing the common space due to budgeting etc so keep that in mind! The place is usually pretty clean so looking for someone to match that. We are great friends both from Toronto and are super nice, easy going girls that love meeting new people and definitely want an environment where we can all be friends! We are pretty tamed most of the time but we are 21 and 22 so we do party occasionally and have a big girl friend group who we love to go out with but also love shooting the shit at home and have relaxing cooking nights often. We both work nights in the serving industry so we do have some late nights sometimes coming home and also have a super weed friendly environment so you have to be okay with both hahaha.
