Located in central Lonsdale North Vancouver with walking distance to the sea bus and bus routes. It is a a private room (Den) will provide dividers as a door. You will have room for a dresser, bed and side table. You will have the hallway closet for extra storage, there is extra storage in the building as well. There is a shaded kitchen, living room and shared bathroom.

Hi my name is Julia, I am part of the LGBTQ community. Queer individuals and ally’s welcomed. I live here currently with my two amazing cats. Looking for a roomie who is kind, clean, likes to hangout but also values their me time. I live in a one bedroom plus den. Your room does not have a door but will buy a large divider for more privacy and comfortability. Utilities included, wifi, internet, hydro, water, electricity. Monthly rent will be 850.00 dollars.
