Murray's room

We have a 1500 square foot home with and additional 1000 square feet in the finished basement. One kitchen on the main floor, one in basement. Basement and 2nd floor laundry as well. One room and the basement both have separate entrances. The room rates range from $600 to $700 per month, everything included. The home is also furnished and has 3 parking spaces with ample street parking. It is 3km for red river college and 4km from the university of Winnipeg. More pictures to come as we are currently doing some minor renovations on the kitchens so they are more tenant friendly. As well as a couple of the rooms.

My wife and I recently bought this home and wanted to make a safe clean space for students with privacy in mind as well. Something we did always get when we were students.
